Kecia Steelman joined the Pinterest Board in February 2026. She has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Ulta Beauty, Inc., the nation’s largest specialty beauty retailer, since January 2025. Before that, she spent 11 years in roles of increasing responsibility and executive leadership at Ulta.

Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Kecia held leadership positions at Family Dollar and Home Depot. She began her career at Target, where she served in a variety of retail operations and merchandising roles for 12 years. She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Kennedy Western University.

Kecia also serves on the board of directors of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation; The Bay Club Company, a KKR portfolio company; the Retail Industry Leaders Association; World Business Chicago, The Economic Club of Chicago, and the Adler Planetarium. Kecia is also recognized as a life trustee for Metropolitan Family Services.
