Jeffrey Jordan

Jeffrey Jordan has served as a Director of Pinterest since October 2011. Mr. Jordan has served as a General Partner of Andreessen Horowitz, a venture capital firm, since 2011. Previously, Mr. Jordan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OpenTable, Inc., an internet and mobile services company, from 2007 to 2011. He served as President of PayPal, the internet-based payment system then owned by internet company eBay, Inc., from 2004 to 2006, and as Senior Vice President and General Manager of eBay North America from 1999 to 2004. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Hollywood Entertainment, a video rental company, from 1998 to 1999, and then as President of its subsidiary, Reel.com. Previously, Mr. Jordan served in various capacities at The Walt Disney Company, an entertainment company, for eight years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Disney Store Worldwide. Prior to that, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group, Inc., a management consulting firm. Mr. Jordan currently serves on the board of directors of Airbnb and Accolade and several private companies and, from 2007 to 2013, served on the board of directors of OpenTable, Inc. Mr. Jordan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.

Leslie J. Kilgore

Leslie J. Kilgore has served as a Director of Pinterest since March 2019. Ms. Kilgore served as Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix, Inc., a global internet entertainment service, from 2000 to 2012. From 1999 to 2000, she served as Director of Marketing of Amazon.com, Inc., an internet retailer. Ms. Kilgore held various positions, including Brand Manager, at The Proctor & Gamble Company, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, from 1992 to 1999. Ms. Kilgore currently is a director of Netflix and  Nextdoor. She previously served as a director of LinkedIn Corporation, a global professional network. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeremy S. Levine

Jeremy S. Levine has served as a Director of Pinterest since April 2011. He is a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, which he joined in 2001, where his investment interests include entrepreneurial startups and high growth companies including consumer internet, consumer software and business software and services. Prior to joining Bessemer, Mr. Levine was Vice President of Operations at Dash.com Inc., an internet software publisher, from 1999 to 2001. Prior to Dash, Mr. Levine was an Associate at AEA Investors, a management buyout firm, where he specialized in consumer products and light industrials, from 1997 to 1999. Previously, Mr. Levine was with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant from 1995 to 1997. He currently serves on the board of directors of Shopify, and previously served on the board of directors of MINDBODY, Inc. from 2010 to 2017 and Yelp from 2005 to 2019. Mr. Levine holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University.

Gokul Rajaram

Gokul Rajaram has served as a Director of Pinterest since February 2020. Gokul serves on the executive team at DoorDash, a premium food ordering service, where he is currently the Corporate Development and Strategy Lead,. Prior to DoorDash, he worked at Block as Product Engineering Lead, where he led several product development teams and served on Block’s executive team. Prior to Block, he served as Product Director of Ads at Facebook, where he helped Facebook transition its advertising business to become mobile-first. Earlier in his career, Gokul served as a Product Management Director for Google AdSense, where he helped launch the product and grow it into a substantial portion of Google’s business. Gokul is also on the board of The Trade Desk and Coinbase. Gokul holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur where he received the President's Gold Medal for being class valedictorian. He also holds an M.B.A. from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where he received the MCD University Fellowship.

Fredric G. Reynolds

Fredric G. Reynolds has served as a Director of Pinterest since December 2017. Mr. Reynolds served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS Corporation, a mass media company, from 2006 to 2009. From 2001 to 2005, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Viacom Television Stations Group and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom Inc., a mass media company, from 2000 to 2001. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CBS Corporation and its predecessor, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Reynolds held several positions at PepsiCo for twelve years, including Chief Financial Officer or Financial Officer at Pizza Hut, Pepsi Cola International, Kentucky Fried Chicken Worldwide and Frito Lay. He currently serves as a Director of Mondelez International, Inc. and Raytheon Technologies, and previously served on the board of directors of AOL, Inc, Hess Corporation and MGM Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Miami, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Evan Sharp

Evan Sharp has served as a Director of Pinterest since March 2019. Mr. Sharp is a Co-Founder of Pinterest and serves as an advisor to Pinterest. Previously, he served as Pinterest's Chief Design & Creative Officer until October 2021. While employed at Pinterest, he oversaw the creative, product and design teams since 2011. He was previously a product designer at Facebook from 2010 to 2011. He is currently an advisor to LoveFrom, a design firm. Mr. Sharp studied Architecture at Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Chicago.

Benjamin Silbermann

Benjamin Silbermann is the co-founder of Pinterest and serves as executive chairman of the board of directors of Pinterest. Prior to co-founding Pinterest, Mr. Silbermann worked at Google from 2006 to 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.

Salaam Coleman Smith

Salaam Coleman Smith has been appointed to serve as a Director of Pinterest effective October 31, 2020. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President at The Walt Disney’s ABC Television Group from 2014 to 2016, overseeing Strategy and Programming for ABC Family’s Freeform channel. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Ms. Smith worked at Comcast NBCUniversal since 2003 where she served as President of Style Network from 2008 to 2013. Prior to joining Comcast NBCUniversal, Ms. Smith worked at Viacom for nearly ten years where she served as a senior executive within MTV Networks International Division and helped in Nickelodeon’s global expansion in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Ms. Smith has served as a board member for several non-profit organizations, including Women in Cable Telecommunications and Dress For Success. She currently serves on the boards of Gap, Enjoy Technologies and Scopely. Ms. Smith completed her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Marc Steinberg

Marc Steinberg is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Elliott. He is responsible for public and private equity investments across a range of industries, including the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of two private companies: Nielsen, a global leader in audience insights, data and analytics, and Cubic, a technology-driven provider of solutions for public transit and defense applications. Prior to joining Elliott in 2015, Mr. Steinberg worked at investment bank Centerview Partners. Mr. Steinberg received his A.B. from Harvard College, from which he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Andrea Wishom

Andrea Wishom has served as President of Skywalker Holdings, LLC, a private holding company and family office. She oversees assets for various business units, human resources, finance, and all philanthropic and creative aspects for the company. Before joining Skywalker, Ms. Wishom spent over 20 years at Harpo Productions, an American multimedia production company. At Harpo Productions she held various production, programming, development and executive roles for The Oprah Winfrey Show, Harpo Studios and OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and most recently as the Executive Vice President. Ms. Wishom currently serves on the boards of Tory Burch and Nextdoor Inc. She holds a bachelor of arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Wishom has extensive experience in media industry and C-suite-level management experience.

Bill Ready

William Ready serves as our Chief Executive Officer and as a Director on our board since June 29, 2022. Previously he was the president of commerce, payments & next billion users at Google from January 2020 until June 2022. Prior to joining Google, Mr. Ready was PayPal’s executive vice president and chief operating officer from October 2016 through July 2019 and continued as executive vice president through December 2019 during the transition until he departed PayPal. Prior to that, he was PayPal's senior vice president, global head, product & engineering from July 2015 to September 2016 and he continued to lead Braintree operations while in various roles at PayPal  following PayPal’s acquisition of Braintree in December 2013. From October 2011 to December 2013, he was the chief executive officer of Braintree, a mobile and web payment systems company acquired by PayPal. Prior to Braintree, Mr. Ready was executive in residence at Accel Partners, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital and growth equity firm. Mr. Ready also served as president of iPay Technologies from 2008 to 2011. He also worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he advised leading financial technology companies. Mr. Ready is currently a senior advisor and limited partner of Silversmith Capital Partners, and a director of Williams-Sonoma and ADP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Finance from University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
